I chose Kat to be number one because, at first, she imitated Kimberly’s constant saves from danger from Tommy, but outgrew it and used her head and compassionate heart to branch out on her own and contribute to the team. She was the year’s valedictorian and played a sort of adult older figure to Justin with Tanya and made a world of difference to the show. Damsel in distress no more.
Jen Scotts has to be the most arrogant second in command and former leader of the Time Force team. She takes no slack from Wes or the others and always gets her mutant. She’s simply put, a badass. The rest fall into play.
