Yes, folks, Billy isn’t in the top two, but he’s still amazing. T.J. is the most responsible ranger, and he’s smart, resourceful, and caring. He always thinks of people and uses his head compassionately. He has a conscience and is very practical and diplomatic.
Justin is two because he’s the most unique ranger of all time as the youngest. He’s got the ways of a child but the heart of a fighter with his childlike thinking he’s learnt and is still learning, even as a non-ranger.
Justin saved the world in 1997 by giving his teammates a chance to chase evil and save Zordon in the vast universe, not knowing what they were about to face. He got them the N.A.S.A.D.A. shuttle and put his team on the path to save earth externally. Without him the world would be doomed in all it’s complex simplicity.
